Perhaps I should give you some background. As you can see, I’m off to a good start 😂 Or (my mind automatically switched to German and I wrote oder before I realised what I was doing) hallo, but actually… Characters in Druck would rather say hey. I don’t know if there are any other linguists or language enthusiasts among Druck fans, but I thought that I would share it anyway :)
I’ll do it in English, for the most part. It’s been over a month (almost 2 at this point) since I defended my bachelor’s thesis about the use of English words and phrases in the season 5 of Druck (aka #druckdissertation) and it’s high time I posted the final update with the results of my research.
